Welcome to Dream by Aliases, Inc.! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream website and services ("Service"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through askdream.app / dream.aliases.app (the "Site"). By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
1.2 User Account: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
1.4 User Content: You may upload content to the Service to generate AI-based outputs. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all the content you upload and that the use of such content does not infringe on any rights of third parties.
1.5 Prohibited Content: Uploading content related to minors is strictly prohibited. Do not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or promotes harmful activities. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
1.6 Prohibited Content Additions:
- Content violating third-party IP rights
- Malicious code or exploit materials
- Reverse engineering attempts
- High-risk AI applications (medical, financial, etc.)
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aliases, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2.2 User Content: We do not own or claim any rights to your data. We do not have knowledge of or access to your specific data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. You retain any copyright that you may hold in the content you submit to the Service.
2.3 AI-Generated Content: You may use whatever you create through our Service as you like. However, we cannot assure unique copyright or ownership of AI-generated content. You are responsible for following applicable copyright laws and best practices when using AI-generated content.
2.4 AI-Generated Content Usage: The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content based on your inputs. All generated content is intended for personal use only, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
2.5 No Ownership of Generated Content: Generated content may include elements that resemble existing intellectual property. Aliases, Inc. does not claim ownership of any copyright or trademarked material that may be similar to AI-generated content. Any resemblance to copyrighted material is coincidental and unintentional.
2.3 AI-Generated Content
- Outputs may contain inaccuracies
- No warranty of non-infringement
- Users assume liability for outputs
- Must disclose AI-generated nature where required by law
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 The Service may integrate with or use third-party services, including but not limited to Vercel, Supabase, Replicate, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Perplexity, and Meta. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
3.2 We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that Aliases, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party services.
3.3 AI Model Providers:
- Outputs governed by provider terms
- No control over model training data
- May filter/block certain content types
- Usage limits may apply
3.4 Infrastructure Providers:
We use industry leading providers for hosting and database/storage. We may use other providers in the future.See Privacy Policy for more details.
4. Data Usage and AI Models
4.1 AI Model Interactions:
- Your inputs are processed through third-party AI models in real-time
- We utilize a rotating selection of AI providers to optimize quality and performance
- Model selections may change without notice based on availability and performance
4.2 Content Handling:
- Workspace, Project, Chat, and File data are stored in our application database
4.3 Content Scanning & Monitoring:
- Automated systems scan all inputs/outputs for prohibited content
- Detection of high-risk material may trigger:
- Immediate content deletion
- Account suspension
- Legal reporting obligations

4.5 Model Limitations:
- We cannot guarantee consistency across model versions/updates- Temporary model outages may require reprocessing with alternative providers
4.6 Third-Party Data Processing:
- AI processing occurs through third-party providers- We maintain no control over provider-side data retention policies- Model-specific data handling details available on request
4.7 Compliance & Audits:
- We reserve right to retain prohibited content for legal compliance- Security audits may access stored data without user notification- Enterprise plans may request custom data handling agreements
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1 The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Aliases, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
5.2 Aliases, Inc. does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Aliases, Inc. is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content.
6.2 In no event shall Aliases, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
6.3 Aliases, Inc. cannot be held responsible in any way by any law in any country for what happens with user data. While we follow best practices, all responsibility lies with our vendors as listed in Section 3.1.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aliases, Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
9. Digital Sales
All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of our Service, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any content generated and purchased through the Service.

10. Age Restriction
Our Service does not permit the use or upload of content related to minors. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that all content you upload or use with our Service pertains to individuals 18 years of age or older.
